FAQ's

1. How long will it take for my order to get to me? 

All pieces are made-to-order meaning when you place an order you are added to a list of orders that are going to be made by me by hand! Sometimes, I have upwards of 200 orders on that list, and pieces are made in order from the time they are placed! Because I make everything myself, it takes about 3 weeks from the time your order is placed for me to make your piece and ship it out to you! Always read the item description for the most accurate estimate of how long your order will take! I use USPS to ship domestically, so if you are based in the U.S. shipping usually takes around 5-7 days! If you are international, I use UPS so you can expect around a week or two for your order to arrive once it has shipped! <3

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to issue refunds or accept returns/exchanges, BUT I am happy to repair any broken pieces for you within reason! <3 

3. Do you take custom orders? 

Yes and No! At some point I would love to start taking custom orders again, but at the moment they are closed! <3 

4. Do you do PR/brand ambassadors? 

I am not currently on the hunt for brand ambassadors, but always feel free to reach out to me via DM on instagram or contact sheet here on my website for questions about collaborations! If you are a stylist working with a public figure, feel free to reach out the same way! <3 

5. When will you be restocking/dropping new pieces? 

I currently do not operate on any fixed schedule with regards to dropping new pieces/restocking old designs, so I always recommend turning on post AND story notifications on my instagram page so you can be notified first when drops and restocks happen! <3
